The 69-year-old was hired by SAFA last month as Molefi Ntseki's successor after he was sacked for failing to qualify for the 2020 Africa Cup of Nations.
However, news surfaced on social media that the Belgian want to terminate his five-year contract before even managing his first game with the national team.
"I do not want to comment on fake news because that individual who posted that does not need to be taken seriously. My team and I are happy and looking forward to the challenge offered to us to lead Bafana Bafana," Broos said.
The post alleged that Broos' agent wasn't happy with how SAFA manages his duties which the 2017 AFCON winner claimed is 'laughable'.
