In this edition of Supporters Forum, KickOff speaks to Royal AM fan Kediemetse "Kaydee" Motaung about her love for "Thwihli Thwahla!"
Though at the moment, she is not happy with the management, Motaung continues to show her support for the KwaZulu Natal club.
Name of supporter?
"Kediemetse Motaung, I'm largely known as Kaydee. I'm based in Tembisa. At the moment, I'm unemployed."
Club supported?
"Before Royal AM, I was supporting Bloemfontein Celtic. Originally, I'm from Thaban Nchu.
"I supported Bloemfontein Celtic up until it was sold. I then decided to move with the Celtic players to Royal AM."

Are you happy with the bosses?
"At the moment, I'm not happy. It is clear to everyone that there is something wrong at the club.
"The club needs an administration. We can't blame Mamkhize because she is the president. The people below her should handle the issues of payment, contracts, and everything.
"Our former CEO Sinky Mnisi. He was doing a good job at the club. Immediately, after his departure lots of things surfaced.
"At the moment, the supporters are not recognised by the club. Nobody is telling us how we are supposed to launch supporter branches and stuff, we just go to stadiums as individuals. We don't even know who to take our grievances to."

Are you happy with the coach?
"Ya, I'm happy with our coach John Maduka. He knows what he is doing. Sometimes, we feel there is some interference from the bosses.
"But we don't know for sure, it's something that crosses our minds each time we lose a match."

Are you happy with the players?
"I'm not happy. Most of my players are gone. We need to beef up the squad, we need experience, at the moment, most of our players are unknowns."
Who do you want them to sign?
"I'm crying for all those that left, especially Lantshene Phalane. He did wonders for the team.
"I'm still asking myself what happened with him and Ndumiso Mabena. There is so much happening in our club that we are not aware of.
"Samir Nurkovic was going to help us, but we don't know what happened."

Your message to the team?
"As supporters, we are here, we support them, and we love them. But they must pull up their socks.
"The management must fix their house or else we are going down."
