Former South Africa under-20 coach Thabo Senong is expected to be unveiled as the new head coach of one of South Africa's neighbouring countries.
According to a source close to Senong, the former Amajita coach is due to travel to Maseru today where he is expected to be unveiled as the new coach of the Lesotho national team.
Senong is currently without a job after SAFA decided against renewing his contract and appointed former Orlando Pirates midfielder Helman Mkhlelele as caretaker coach.
"Thabo Senong is going to take over as the new coach for the Lesotho national team," the source tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"He is due to arrive in Maseru today and is expected to be unveiled as the Likuena head coach tomorrow."
Lesotho eliminated South Africa in the CHAN qualifiers in Dobsonville recently.
