In a surprising transfer, a striker considered to have done well for TS Galaxy last season has jumped ship, joining a club in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
According to Kruger United chairman Bongani Wati, Thokozani Sibanyoni has made a move to the club after leaving The Rockets.

This transfer has surprised many in Mpumalanga, where the two clubs are from, as Sibanyoni performed fairly well in the Betway Premiership last term.
Furthermore, Kruger United have signed midfielder Kagiso Malinga. The 30-year-old, who turned out in Golden Arrows colours last season, brings experience having previously played for clubs such as Moroka Swallows and SuperSport United.
Kruger United are coached by Vusumuzi Vilakazi, and the club’s chairman has confirmed the arrival of both players.

"Yes, Thokozani Sibanyoni has joined us, and it's a permanent deal. Malinga is also with us. We plan to compete. We are all on the same level, so there is no 'bigger' team. Whoever wants it the most will succeed. We are here to compete, not just to add numbers," Wati told KickOff.com.
Kruger United will kick off their campaign away to Upington City FC at Mxolisi Dicky Jacobs Stadium on Saturday at 15:00.
