Mokwena came out spitting fire during the post-match press conference and stated his belief that both Willard Katsande and Eric Mathoho deserved red cards at FNB Stadium on Saturday.
The Buccaneers coach also believes striker Bernard Parker dived inside the box to win the penalty that helped Amakhosi secure all three points and the bragging rights for the second Soweto Derby in succession.
"They go and get Parker who goes and gets in the swimming pool. But we can't talk too much about it, as I said before. I have watched it and my analyst has shown me," said Mokwena regarding the penalty.
"I know coach Ernst does his homework. He will go and watch the incidents. He is also an honest man of integrity, I think he will accept accept some of the [bad] things that happened on the pitch."
Amakhosi finished the match with one man short after Mathoho was dismissed by the referee for allegedly striking a Pirates player during a late scuffle.
But Mokwena believes Katsande should have been the first man to go for an early shower.
"Even with Katsande's tackle on Fortune Makaringe in the first half, half over the top, career-threatening tackle and thuggish as well. Those are situations that don't belong to South African football," he added.
"It shouldn't be condoned. We should not accept it. I have a player bleeding now with a broken nose because he was punched in the face.
"Then Kaizer Chiefs is good enough to beat us on tactics, on personnel, a well-coached team, excellent. But not on diving, diving you know. Parker diving inside, excellent dive.
"Not on thuggish tackles, not on boxing. We don't train on boxing."
