Tibe also mentions Johnny Fereira as the best coach to have coached him.
Formation
"4-4-2. It allows you to defend and attack properly. It always gives you more numbers up front."
Goalkeeper
"In goals, I prefer Swadick Sanudi, he came from Malawi. I played with him at Dynamos. He wouldn't let anything in."
Defenders
"Dan Semake will be my right-back. That guy knew football, he could defend and attack with ease.
"Thulani Ntshingila will be my left-back, he was similar to Dan Semake and he had pace. He was also a good crosser of the ball.
"In the centre-back position I will put the late Nando Matola, now that's a top defender. A hard tackler who could read the game very well.
"I will pair him with Thabo Mokgalushi. He was a hard worker of note. A man-marker."
Midfielders
"In the middle I will put Hlompho Kekana and Christopher Netshidzhive. Kekane will do all the dirty work for Netshidzhive.
"Netshidzhive was very good with one-twos and through balls. Both of them make the team tick. He was also a dead ball specialist.
"Vusi Dlamini is my right-winger. Very good in one-on-ones, he could easily eliminate defenders.
"On the left, it's Gerald Modabi, very good tactically and play simple football. His intelligence is on another level."
Strikers
"I will put myself in, I was good with off-the-ball runs. And scoring goals is my thing. I'm also a good passer of the ball.
"Mulondo Shikhwivhilu will partner with me upfront. Now that's a finisher. He was good with both his feet and head."
Coach
"This team needs somebody who is tactical, not Jacob Sakala who is full of jokes.
