With rumours doing the rounds that Bafana Bafana winger Elias Mokwana could find himself in a potential move to Kaizer Chiefs, his representatives have reportedly dismissed the claims as unfounded.
According to reports emerging from Tunisia, Amakhosi have reiterated their interest in Mokwana, who is currently on the books of Esperance de Tunis, with news from abroad stating that a fresh offer for the talented winger is understood to have been tabled.

The 25-year-old came close to joining the Naturena-based giants ahead of the 2024/25 season, but the deal collapsed, and he instead signed for the Tunisian giants from Sekhukhune United.
Interestingly, Mokwana has openly expressed his admiration for the Soweto giants, revealing publicly that it remains a personal dream to don the famous gold and black jersey, should the opportunity arise in the future.
However, Cream Sports Management, the agency representing Mokwana, has revealed that there is no official offer received from Chiefs.
The representatives labelled the reports as "disturbing stories," insisting that Mokwana is happy at Esperance and fully focused on the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.
"There is no truth in those reports about Mokwana joining Kaizer Chiefs, there's nothing, nothing like that," Mokwana's team at Cream Sports, confirmed to KickOff.com.

"It's just people having wishes, and it's one of those disturbing stories.
"His camp has not received nor heard any word from Chiefs and I can tell you, Mokwana is still happy at Esperance," the agency concluded.
Esperance and Mokwana will soon head to the United States for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, where they have been drawn into Group D alongside Chelsea, Flamengo, and Los Angeles FC.
