Masango finished with 12 148 of the 42 806 votes cast, with Mashamaite claiming 11 013 and Mathoho 8 923.
Orlando Pirates striker Lehlohonolo Majoro (2 814) and Mamelodi Sundowns striker Cuthbert Malajila (2 764) were fourth and fifth respectively, followed by Oupa Manyisa (1 996), Andile Jali (1 683) and Thulani Hlatshwayo (1 465).
