In this edition of My Dream Team, former Orlando Pirates striker Jimmy Kauleza names the 10 best players he played alongside in his football career.
Surprisingly, 'Gusheshe' says all the 10 best players he played with in his football career came from Free State Stars.
What formation?
"4-4-2. The reason being it's simple and not difficult."
Goalkeeper
"Michel Babale will be my goalkeeper. He was just too good. He had the body and structure, every goalkeeper wished for and was also good with aerial balls. Let alone the crosses."
Defenders
"On the right, I will put Pitso Mokoena. My former teammate at Free State Stars. My whole team is made up of Free State Stars players.
"My left-back will be Robson Muchichwa. The way he overlaps reminds me of Sizwe Motaung.
"I will have Steve Komphela as one of my center-backs, he was smart he knew how to read the game, just like Lucas Radebe.
"Next to Steve, I will put Khosi Xaba, a former Free State Stars player. Now we are talking about hard marking."
Midfield
"Goodman Mazibuko will play in the center. He is a Willard Katsande type of player. And like Mthethwa from Kaizer Chiefs, he used to win every ball.
"Next to Mazibuko, I will put Serame Letsoaka. He will also be my captain. Like Lucas Radebe, he is unmatched when it comes to leadership qualities.
"I will also have Matome Madimabe, pace, crosses on the side...he's good. On the opposite side, I put Tsweu Mokoro.
"On the left, I will put Emeka Mamale. Very skillful. He easily eliminates defenders."
"Jimmy Kauleza and David Radebe. I go for speed. We want goals (laughes). Do you know that David Radebe was faster than me?
"With the two of us upfront the opposition defenders won't rest."
Coach
"Roy Barreto is the coach. The players he used at Free State Stars were promoted from the amateur level. Before his arrival, we were all ABC Motsepe League players. He instilled confidence in us."
