Hoffenheim field Musona offers

Chiefs are eager to bring Musona back to Naturena following his 16 goals in all competitions in 2013/14.

The Zimbabwean, however, is determined to launch a career in Europe, having previously said he will only return to Amakhosi if he is not given another chance to prove himself abroad.

Hoffenheim will ultimately decide Musona's fate, and they say they are open to negotiations for the 23-year-old.

“Musona’s contract with Hoffenheim is valid until June 30th 2016,” Hoffenheim media officer Stefan Maurer tells this website.

“He developed well while on loan to the Kaizer Chiefs in South Africa and several clubs have claimed interest in the player and 1899 is open for negotiations.

“I can confirm that Bobby Motaung from Kaizer Chiefs has been in Hoffenheim for official talks. That is the situation right now.”
