The 28-year-old, who is armed with a UEFA A Licence, is now a free agent after turning down an offer to renew his contract with in West Africa, paving way for a new adventure.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with KickOff.com, Lafitte confirmed he was talking to one of the PSL clubs.
"It's true, there is contact. There is a possibility. My agent, Patrick Esteves, is handling everything, and I can't say much. Yes, I am also interested in coaching in South Africa," declared the young tactician.

Gallants, who have just announced the departure of nine players, including Dino Ndlovu, Gabadinho Mhango, and Daniel Akpeyi, are currently without a head coach after Abdeslam Ouaddou parted ways with the club at the end of the 2024/25.
He had joined in March and helped them survive relegation as the side finished in 10th place.
