Former SuperSport United trials trying his luck at Bidvest Wits

Keita trained with SuperSport United in September and, though he impressed, a deal could not be reached between the two parties.

The 22-year-old centre forward has now returned to the country to link up with the current Absa Premiershi log leaders, who appear keen to keep their options in attack wide as they look to up their bid for a maiden league title this season.

Word is that Keita could be given a run this weekend in the Gauteng Champion of Champions at the Tsakane Stadium, where Wits will come up against SuperSport and Highlands Park.

Keita started off the year with Moroccan club Wydad Casablanca before cutting ties with the club in mid-year.
