Bush Bucks legend Wilfred "Silver Fox" Mugeyi has hit back at Bruce Ramokadi for his recent story about the use of muti.
The former Orlando Pirates striker told a story of how he once stumbled on the Mugeyi brothers sleeping inside a hotel room that was full of muti smoke.
Ramokadi said this happened on the eve of a match they were going to play with Bucks, with the former Pirates star revealing those days teams used to share hotel corridors in camp.

"What Ramokadi is saying you can see it doesn't make sense," Mugeyi tells KickOff.
"How can I leave the door open and fall asleep knowing very well I have burnt muti [laughs]?
"That alone tells you he is lying. Pirates will never be on the same floor with anybody. Never!
"So now Ramokgadi says his room was next to ours [laughs], that's a lie [laughs]. I don't even remember that game. That's a blue lie.
"When I first joined Bush Bucks they were using muti. They used to do this thing of everyone washing in the tub.
"In my first league game, we were called into a room, and everyone would be called in one by one. There was this tub and it was filled with muti.
"Then I said to them, gentlemen, I'm sorry I don't do these things. I walked out me and my twin [William Mugeyi].
"But when I started to score goals I was laughing at them, telling them how I was the one scoring goals when it should be them who had used muti.

"I wanted to prove to them that this thing doesn't work, it's the belief, it's in the brains. And they immediately stopped using muti.
"I also went to Free State Stars, and they were doing the same thing, I refused. After I have done all that, now Bruce Ramokgadi is telling me the Mugeyi brothers were...[Laughs].
"You know I got a lot of calls from some of my friends who know me better about what Ramokadi said on KickOff, oh man they were laughing. They couldn't stop laughing.
"But how can one fall asleep while burning muti and leave the door open?[laughs]."
