KICK OFF marked its return as a print publication at the end of May (with the June issue), doing so with a new twist that sees soccer and rugby literally sit side-by-side.

That first edition shone a particular spotlight on Kaizer Chiefs legend Itumeleng Khune and his rugby counterpart, Springbok wing-cum-fullback Aphelele Fassie, whose exclusive interviews were featured.
The comeback of such an iconic magazine in the football world was welcomed with both hands by readers and the fraternity at large, a heartwarming gesture indeed.
