Senamela has not played much since Rosslee took over in November, but he remains a fans favourite. Senamela lost his starting place to the likes of Kulegani Madondo.
He came back from injury in March and the club are hopeful that he will work hard to rekindle his best form, which he showed prior to injury.
The former Golden Arrows and Platinum Stars player came on as a substitute during the midweek win over Bloemfontein Celtic, replacing Andile Khumalo in the 67th minute.
"The players are fully aware that if you perform well at training, maintain a good attitude and work hard then you'll get your chance," Rosslee said.
"KG (Senamela) and I have had our ups and downs, we all know the type of character he is, but I think he responded fantastically on Wednesday.
"Funny enough, he said to me ‘I want to show you what I can do' and his first words when he came off the field were 'I did it for you'.
"The fact of the matter is that the guys want to stay here and play at AmaZulu and they want to prove themselves.
"Each and every one of them will get an opportunity; if you work hard and I believe in you and you believe in what I'm doing, you'll get the opportunity."
