Maritzburg United avoided automatic relegation from the Absa Premiership with a 1-1 draw over Baroka FC.
Maritzburg went with a single change in Rushine De Reuck, as Baroka re-instilled Mpho Kgoetyane, Tebogo Mongae, Godfrey Mosele, Kagiso Selemela and Onkabetse Makgantai.
United came close to an early lead when Mohau Mokate's glancing header cannoned off the crossbar five minutes in.
While Baroka began to grow in the game, United were ahead 20 minutes in when Fortune Makaringe tapped home a corner from Alan Kateregga.
Bakgaga now had it all to do and began pushing forward for an immediate reply, but stern defending from the visitors proved difficult to bridge.
In the last 10 minutes of the half, a corner from Kateregga found Nazeer Allie who headed straight at Chipezeze.
In the second half, Baroka pushed for an equaliser but failed to get the better of Richard Ofori in the opposing goal.
The hosts finally equalised on 65 minutes after Mduduzi Mdantsane displayed composure inside the area to finish beyond Ofori.
Judas Moseamedi, who grabbed a brace last weekend, replaced Ivorian international Yannick Zakri at the same token.
The Limpopo opted for their first change 74 minutes in with Collins Makgaga replacing Selemela up front.
Bakgaga stretched close to a second, but Ofori's quick reflexes kept out Makgaka in the final five minutes.
In the end, the two sides played to a share of the spoils which sends the Team of Choice to the promotion/relegation playoffs.
