With a PSL Footballer of the Season nomination under his belt and in the midst of heavy interest from rivals, Sekhukhune United coach Eric Tinkler has revealed his message to Keletso Makgalwa.
The pint-sized attacker enjoyed a sensational 2024/25 campaign that saw him score six goals and provide a league-high of 11 assists.
Those efforts did not go unnoticed as he was nominated for both the Footballer of the Season and Players' Player of the Season award, alongside Orlando Pirates' Relebohile Mofokeng, and eventual winner Lucas Ribeiro of Mamelodi Sundowns.

Nevertheless, interest has not died down, with Kaizer Chiefs, among other suitors, reported to be keeping tabs on the winger.
Speaking at the launch of the Betway Premiership on Tuesday afternoon, Tinkler was blunt in his message to his star winger.
"Keletso has a job to do at Sekhukhune. Whether there was an offer or not, that offer doesn’t meet the criteria that the club wants," Tinkler said.
"You are a professional footballer, and you need to move on. I’ve explained to Keletso that you were top with assists. If you want people to be serious about you, do it again.
"The people can be serious. If a club wants Keletso and they make an offer, the club is never going to stand in his way. If it’s not beneficial to the club, why would they release him?," he continued.

It remains to be seen whether Babina Noko can keep hold of the player until the close of the transfer window on 22 September.
For now, Makgalwa will be expected to continue where he left off last season when they take on Orlando Pirates in their season opener at Orlando on Saturday.
