With Orlando Pirates failing to score in their defeat to Sekhukhune United, questions have been raised about the absence of the side's top scorer, who also did not feature in the game prior.
Pirates kicked off their league season with high hopes but had to succumb to Sekhukhune, who triumphed 1-0 at Orlando Stadium on Saturday.
Despite directing 13 shots at goal, the home side could only manage three on target, and neither Boitumelo Radiopane nor substitute Yanela Mbuthuma were able to find the back of the net.

The result shines scrutiny on Abdeslam Ouaddou’s decision to opt for the pair, with Evidence Makgopa on the bench and Tshegofatso Mabasa only watching on from the stands for the second match running.
Meanwhile, patience is running thin within the fanbase, particularly following the decision on Mabasa.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, the Moroccan-Frenchman clarified that the bulky marksman's absence has not been due to injury, and that it would only be a matter of time before he gets his chance again.
"Mabasa is available, it’s a choice that we did, but he is ready, and when we call him, I think he will be able to perform and give the best out of him," Ouaddou told journalists.
"Of course, you can maybe ask some questions because the strikers that we used today did not score, so, of course, I understand your question.

"But, like I said, we have a lot of players this season and everyone will get their chance at the right moment."
It remains to be seen if the former Bloemfontein Celtic man will play any part in the Soweto giants' second league match of the season against Marumo Gallants at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium on Tuesday (19:30).
