Since Mosimane took over at Mamelodi Sundowns, the Tshwane have won two Absa Premiership crowns, the Telkom Knockout, Nedbank Cup as well as the CAF Champions League and Super Cup.
Mosimane is always pushing his players to the limit to ensure Sundowns are successful. The Brazilians still have a chance of winning the league and cup double this season, while they are still in the hunt for a second Champions League title.
“His winning mentality rubs off on the players, he’s a winner. He keeps up grounded and on our toes because he always makes sure that we feel like we have done nothing. If we win a game, he will tell us that there are a few things we need to improve on,” the Bafana Bafana attacker says.
“We never feel like we have done enough to please him, but it’s good that he is demanding a lot from us. We are enjoying making memories and history with him."
The 23-year-old says he has always had coaches who were hard on him and it's no different with Mosimane.
“I have always had coaches who were tough on me and they want so much, and I have had the capacity to take information and to look at which areas I can improve. I always see improvement in my game.”
Sundowns will take on Cape Town City in a Nedbank Cup quarterfinal match at Cape Town Stadium tomorrow (15h00).
