The 30-year-old, who made his Chiefs debut in August 2007 against Jomo Cosmos, achieved the milestone in a 2-1 win over Stellenbosch FC in the last-16 of the Nedbank Cup at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
He follows in the footsteps of teammate Siphiwe Tshablalala, who reached his triple century last term.
“With age, my body strength is slowly regressing, but I am able to read situations much faster and, as a result, close down situations before they become dangerous,” Khune is quoted as saying on his club's website.
“Goalkeeping is like good wine, the older the better.
“I am still hungry for more success and want to win more trophies.”
