SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo looking to exploit Kaizer Chiefs' vulnerability

Tembo has analysed his opponents ahead of Sunday's crunch clash at the Lucas Moripe Stadium, and sussed out one key factor that he will be trying to turn into an advantage for his side.

The Zimbabwean tactician is wary of the various strengths Amakhosi possesses, including their 'underdog' tag arising from their poor form heading into this encounter, as well as their vast support base expected to rock up at the stadium.

However, while Tembo remains wary of Chiefs' potential cup resurgence, he will be looking to frustrate Giovanni Solinas's outfit in order to force the crowd into turning against their own team.

"At the moment their strength is that they haven't been getting results coming into this game and as such a lot of people are writing them off, which I think is very dangerous, especially from our side," said Tembo.

"So, that's why it's very key for us to really prepare well for that – it's more of a mental part for which we really have to be ready. We're facing Kaizer Chiefs, who are a very good team.

"And secondly, I think they've got good individual players – Khama [Billiat], we know what he can do whenever he plays, he's a very dangerous player.

"They've also got [Dumisani] Zuma, and they've also brought in [Lebogang] Manyama. We don't know if he'll play, but those are very good players who can also work together as a collective.

"Thirdly, is their support. They have a huge following and that also motivates and drives them, but at the same time I think it gives us a little bit of an advantage.

"If we can frustrate them by trying to turn the crowd against them, because they're a little bit vulnerable at the moment. So we need to try and take advantage of that."
