The PSL has announced the dates and venues for the first legs of the MTN8 semi-finals, with the choice of arena for the fixture of the round set to draw divided opinions from both sets of fans.
The PSL confirmed via their official social media platforms on Thursday that the first leg of the semi-final between defending champions Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns will take place at Orlando Stadium on Saturday, 16 August.

The choice of venue was well anticipated, with the last match between the two giants taking place at FNB Stadium instead of Bucs' traditional home venue.
Orlando has a capacity of just over 37,000, while Soccer City swallows more than 90 000 spectators. But in two-legged encounters, any advantage counts, and the Soweto giants have proven to be a different beast on familiar turf.
Kick off is at 15:00.
Another surprise comes in the form of the other semi-final clash happening on the same day.
