University of Pretoria 2-2 Maritzburg United
Maritzburg United managed to come from behind on two occasions to force a 2-2 draw against the University of Pretoria in the Motsepe Foundation Championship on Sunday.

The host were ahead again inside the closing stages through Thabang Sibanyoni, but a certain Van der Ross rose again and claimed a point for the Pietermaritzburg boys.

Marumo Gallants FC were left frustrated again after playing to a goalless draw against Hungry Lions in the Motsepe Foundation Championship at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
This is a consecutive draw for Bahlabane Ba Ntwa following last weekend's entertaining 2-2 outcome against Casric Stars, while Lions are denied back-to-back wins from their opening two matches.

New boys Upington City picked up their first win in the Championship all courtesy of a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Venda Football Academy in the Northern Cape province.
Bafana Ba Gucci were on target courtesy of Carl Lark's opener before Trevor Mokwena doubled their lead around the closing stages of the encounter.
Joel Masutha's outfit got a consolation through Tshovelo Mathebula, but it meant nothing thus left the host to get their season up and running.

Milfrod Stallions FC stumbled to a second straight loss in the second-tier following a 1-0 defeat to Orbit College and dropped rock bottom.
Havign started the season with a loss to Maritzburg United, the host were unable to get points on the board this time and saw Orbit claim a narrow victory to go to the top of the table.
Black Leopards 0-1 Casric Stars
Black Leopards suffered their first defeat of the campaign after going down 1-0 to last season's promotion-chasers Casric Stars.
Lidoda Duvha registered a draw last weekend against Pretoria Callies, while Casric bagged their maiden win of the season after their enterprising contest last time out against Gallants.
A penalty towards the final 20 minutes from Decide Chauke separated matters and gave the visitors maximum points.
Magesi FC 0-0 Pretoria Callies
Magesi FC were not able to get a win in their first home encounter of the season and played to a goalless draw against Pretoria Callies at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
After a win on the opening day, the host were denied the chance to secure back-to-back wins and while Callies drew for the second time in succession following the outing last weekend against Black Leopards.
JDR Stars 0-0 NB La Masia
NB La Masia missed the chance to secure two wins from two in the Motsepe Foundation Championship following a goalless draw against JDR Stars on Friday.
For the Hammerboys, it's a second draw in succession and have yet to find the net whilst La Masia failed to build on their opening day victory against Upington City.
Platinum City Rovers 2-2 Baroka FC
Platinum City Rovers and Baroka FC played to an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Isak Style Stadium out in Vanderbiljpaark in the other clash on the day.
Forward Dan Ndlovu put Bakgaga Ba Ga Mphahlele on the mark in the second half, but were soon reduced to ten players with Basil Mphahlele dismissed.
Rovers soon hit the leveller and were ahead moments apart, however the visitors from Limpopo clawed back to leave with a point.
