Ntswane joined Eagles in January after being released by Baroka FC but has not received his salary from the Durban-based club since February.
A few players have already vowed not to return to the club when the GladAfrica Championship resumes owing to unpaid salaries.
Ntswane has since confirmed his matter with Eagles is being handled by the South African Football Players' Union.
"I am not in a position to comment about this issue. It's in the hands of the Players' Union. Please contact them if you want more details," Ntswane tells snl24.com/kickoff.
SAFPU general deputy secretary Calvin Motloung confirmed Ntswane's issue is with the DRC with the rest of the players owed money by Eagles.
