New Move: Khenyeza closes in on new PSL gig

Just weeks after leaving Chippa United, where he served as assistant coach, Mabhudi Khenyeza is on the verge of joining a club in the PSL, KickOff can reveal.

Khanyeza left the Chippa at the beginning of June alongside Thabo September, who was relieved of his duties as head coach.

The pair has been replaced by Sinethemba Badela and Musa Nyatama ahead of the new season.

This website ghas athered that Khenyeza, a deadly striker for the likes of Golden Arrows, Kaizer Chiefs, and Ajax Cape Town in his heyday, has moved on swiftly and is now in advanced talks with Black Leopards.

The exact role he is set to take up at the Limpopo-based outfit remains unclear at this time.

However, early indications are that the 43-year-old could take up the role of a co-head coach, alongside Joel Masutha, who guided the team to a fourth-place finish last season.
