Cape Town All Stars director Thando Sodinga has revealed how much the club demanded from Black Leopards for their Motsepe Foundation Championship status.
The Limpopo side has been relegated to the ABC Motsepe League.
Sodinga rubbished growing rumours claiming Stars status has already been sold to Lidoda Duvha chairman David Thidiela.

"The team is for sale, but no one has come with a formal offer," Sodinga tells KickOff.
"So, whoever is posting that the club has been sold it's false.
"The chairman [Lunga Ncwana] is currently abroad, but he has confirmed to me that anyone who is looking to buy must send me a concrete offer.
"According to him [Ncwana], Thidiela did come and Lunga is still waiting for what he has promised.
"He did promise [Thidiela] but so far, he hasn't met what he has promised, it could have been a decent amount for him because he is a football person.
"What I can say is that the team is still for sale, anyone who can say here is a formal offer, this is the deposit, here is the money in the Trust, let's move for PSL application… Tim Sukazi is dealing with it as a lawyer.
"We cannot move if there is no money because the money should be in the Trust."
Asked how much the club demanded from Leopards for the status that made the Limpopo club not to come back to them, Sodinga said.
"Initially Lunga wanted R12 million, obviously it's negotiable, remember there's VAT there that must be deducted."
