Mogale surprised many in the football fraternity early this season when left his job at Sundowns as a Chief Scout in order to join a GladAafrica Championship outfit.
The former Kaizer Chiefs development coach helped Royal AM climbed to the top of the log before mysteriously parting ways with the club a few weeks ago.
"I am not back home in Johannesburg. I have had few offers but I said to myself why not wait until the end of the season so that I start with a new team at a right time with pre-season."
Mogale added why he decided to leave the Brazilians for the recently formed second-tier outfit: "I had to move from my comfort zone and roll up the sleeves and hit the ground.
"I had one of the most prestigious jobs in South Africa. I have travelled the World through Sundowns and Patrice Motsepe support that has thought me the football dynamics and way of scouting or spotting good players and be able to coach or manage them also.
"There were no issues at Sundowns. I just wanted to move away from my comfort zone and face new challenges."
