Cape Town All Stars appoint Dylan Deane as head coach for GladAfrica Championship return

All Stars are back in professional football after the club bought back its first division status from TS Galaxy in Mpumalanga, and the former Ajax Cape Town assistant will lead the team.

Galaxy have since gained a place in the DStv Premiership after buying the status of Highlands Park at the end of last season.

According to a source close to All Stars, as previously reported, the club will remain in Cape Town next season.

"Dylan Deane will be in charge of the team. He has got loads of experience having also been with Ajax Cape Town," the source tells snl24.com/kickoff.

The 2020/21 GladAfrica Championship season is provisionally set to kick off on Friday, November 27, with All Stars set to take on JDR Stars in their first match on Sunday, November 29.
