Baroka FC have made their intentions clear for the upcoming season after unveiling nine new signings, among them a Bafana Bafana international.
The Limpopo-based outfit is aiming for automatic promotion having spent a couple of seasons in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

Following a 1-0 loss to local rivals Polokwane City FC in Saturday's friendly at the Baroka FC Village in Lebowakgomo, where the new players showcased their talent, the team held a media open day event.
The highlight of the signings is Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Mondli Mpoto, who performed well over the weekend.
The former Royal AM man has also been named in the national squad for the upcoming African Nations Championship, which will take place in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda from August 4-30.
The eight other signings announced on the day include defenders Gift Muvhali, Thapelo Makua, Moseki Shongoane, and Harris Seoka, midfielders Tetelo Lekwatsipa and Morris Buthane, winger Reshoketswi Mantjane, and striker Siyabonga Vilane.

Furthermore, Bakgaga announced Mafori as their new main sponsor during an event in Sandton last week, replacing fuel company Global. As a result, Global Stadium will now be known as Mafori Stadium.
Sydney Malivha, Dan Ndhlovu, Siyabonga Mthombeni, Connor Zade Jales, Olelang Shaku, and Thuso Mogale have all departed.
