Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos says his side missed a player like Mamelodi Sundowns' Themba Zwane after his side was held to a goalless draw by a resilient Namibia.
Although Bafana enjoyed the bulk of the ball possession and took 14 shots at goal with six on target, they failed to break the deadlock against their COSAFA neighbours.
Broos pointed out that they missed a Zwane-like player in the first half and said it was a little bit of a problem.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Broos - 'We missed a player like Themba Zwane'" story:
"Where is the foresight madala. Zwane is at the tail end of his career, and we can no longer build the team around him. Even in instances where he was available, he contributed very little to Bafana's success," says Dr Mthimkhulu.
"Well, Mr. Broos you have a player like Zwane in Maswanganyi. You had a choice to select him once Zwane was injured but you chose a winger to appease Chiefs and their media contingent," says msanisto.
"It can't be that ONE player out of 23 called that will make a country not win," says Danito 4 Life.
"This madala is confused. He is the one who told the football-loving community 'I don't need Themba Zwane in Bafana Bafana' today, he's singing a different tune," says Rodent trap.
"Nope, he's a wise man, they change their minds. It would be naïve of him to stay rigid on his initial views on Mshishi even though there's no player who can do better.
"I'm sure the coach doesn't rate him that highly but is wise enough that this is SA not Belgium where they've got the likes of De Bruyne," replies Lesoganatsoko.
"So, I guess all the players who played are Kaizer Chiefs players then, according to Hugo," says Danito 4 Life.

Despite Bafana's inability to unlock the Namibian deep block, Broos was pleased with what he saw from the stalemate on Saturday at the Orlando Stadium.
South Africa extended their unbeaten run to eight games under the Belgian despite making numerous changes from their 2-1 win over Morocco.
Broos says Bafana were certainly the better side and that it's not easy integrating that many new players to the team.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "'I was happy with what I saw' - Broos on Bafana's stalemate" story:
"I want to know why the Ref took the ball out of the 18 area where the foul happened? Why did the players not protest? Maybe I missed the incident that he saw.
"Bafana should have scored a penalty goal there and that would have changed the game a lot. Tough luck to the boys and good defending to Namibia. They parked a train there!!" says khothakhosi.
"You must be happy with what you see against North Africans nations like Egypt, Morocco, Algeria etc. and maybe Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameron and Nigeria." says ngwanamoshate.70.
"You kept your best starting 11 for the next game... No Kaizer Chiefs player in this game and no win, okay let's see," says user115083.
"Sundowns and Pirates faithfuls were also happy with what they saw," says Dr Mthimkhulu.
