Head coach Hugo Broos says his side missed a player like Themba Zwane as Bafana Bafana were held to a goalless draw by Namibia on Saturday.
Despite enjoying 71% of possession, Bafana failed to break the deadlock against a Namibian side set up in a low defensive block.
Broos' side took 14 shots at goal, with six on target while the visitors settled for six shots at goal with just one troubling Veli Mothwa.

Speaking to journalists after the match, Broos admitted that a Themba Zwane-like player was the missing piece of the jigsaw for his side.
"I think that (not having a Zwane-like player) was a little bit of a problem in the first half," Broos said.
"Number 18 I think for Namibia was always free. So, we didn't have a real number nine, like Themba Zwane, for example.
"That's the player we missed, that kind of player we missed today. But okay, Themba was not there, we made a choice.
"The second half was better. We were more closer to the man, we were higher also and the space for Namibia was not so big anymore than in the first half in certain moments.
"But okay, again for me it was an interesting game to see how we behave yourself, because we thought they should play with two in front of the defence and one behind, but they did the opposite with one in front and two in front of the defence and two a little bit higher but we couldn't adapt.
"So yes, we have to learn from that because that can happen in a game also."
Bafana return to action with a second friendly against DR Congo on Tuesday at Orlando Stadium.
Kick-off is at 17:00.
