Foster's push for EPL promotion endorsed by US rap legend?

With American music star DJ Khaled known to have an affinity towards Mamelodi Sundowns, we take a closer look at another US musician's connection with Lyle Foster's Burnley.

The story

Following their relegation from the Premier League last season, Burnley are currently conducting their pre-season preparations ahead of their return to the 2024/25 EFL Championship.

Foster only managed to play 11 games in the English second-tier before his side earned promotion to the top-flight in 2023.

Burnley have also splashed €36.3 million on transfers so far, including the arrival of Benin international Andreas Hountondji from SM Caen, as he is set to provide competition for Foster in the centre-forward role.
