With Nigeria receiving a surprise boost ahead of their crunch AFCON semi-final tie against South Africa, KickOff readers have given their thoughts on how it would affect the tie.

After initially not being able to initially not able to join up with the rest of the squad who had flown from Bouake to Abidjan on Monday ahead of the final-four match, the talismanic Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is now said to be available for selection for the all-important encounter.

Meanwhile, Striker Kelechi Iheanacho is reportedly unhappy with boss Jose Peseiro following his failure to appear for the side's pre-match press conference alongside his manager on Tuesday. The Leicester City striker is said to be unhappy about his lack of playing time.
