Former Kaizer Chiefs striker David Radebe blames the club's players for not giving the speedy Ashley Du Preez enough options when in possession of the ball.
On Sunday against Royal AM at Harry Gwala Stadium, Du Preez miss two big scoring opportunities following some good runs as the encounter ended goalless.
Radebe says it is the teammates who should avail themselves for a pass once Du Preez has managed to outrun opponents.

"I was not happy with the whole Chiefs team's performance yesterday, but I understand it's always bound to happen when teams are from a long break," Radebe tells KickOff.
"But I still believe things will one day become alright at Kaizer Chiefs. That doesn't mean I'm happy with the way they are playing though.
"Sunday's game they were supposed to win it. In such matches, three points should be guaranteed.
"If you are unable to collect three points against such teams [teams have been banned from signing players] then who are you going to beat?
"Yes Du Preez should have scored yesterday, but he is not to blame. It's just that he is too fast for even his teammates.
"For example, the ball where he tried to chip the keeper, would have been a goal if he had a teammate running to the far post.
"Looking at it from the angle when he was 1 on 1 with the Royal AM goalkeeper, that goalkeeper did a good job there, he closed the angle completely.
"Because he left all his teammates behind, he had no one to pass the ball to, so he decided to do the first thing that came to his mind at that moment.
"At that moment when he was 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper, I couldn't spot even a single Kaizer Chiefs player running alongside him.
"As a striker, if you have a teammate like Du Preez on the pitch, immediately he starts running you must also run with him, that way you will score a lot of goals.
"It could have been better if he tried a ground shot not this thing of chipping, if you chip you need to be sure you know what you are doing."
