Kaizer Chiefs captain Yusuf Maart has shed light on how Nasreddine Nabi had to intervene during a clash between players at half-time in the 2-1 Nedbank Cup final win over Orlando Pirates.
Amakhosi ended a 10-year trophy drought with a hard-fought victory over arch-rivals Pirates at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

The Glamour Boys had drawn first blood through Gaston Sirino's first-half penalty, but Pirates hit back just minutes later through Evidence Makgopa, ensuring the teams are level at half-time.
It was Maart that settled it in brilliant fashion with a first-time left-footed shot from the edge of the box in the 73rd minute.
Speaking on SABC Sport after the match, Maart gave insight into the heated exchanges between the players at half-time. Such was the desire and drive within the team to win a first piece of silverware since 2015.
"Ja, for us as players, we fought each other in the dressing room, we were saying we can't continue like this. The coach would come and calm everything down and put our minds together for the game, and that is what worked for us.
"Because he calmed us down and said: 'Relax, we are not here to fight each other, we are here to correct things,' explained the former Pirates youth player.
The sentiments were echoed by Nabi in his post-match press conference, where he hailed the fighting spirit of his side.

On his goal, Maart added: "Like I said, thank you to the Almighty, at that moment I was at the right time, at the right place, on the left foot, then goal!"
Chiefs will hope to keep the same momentum against Sekhukhune United at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, with their Top Eight spot on the line.
