Thabo Cele has come out firm and forthright in laying down what he believes will be the plan to Kaizer Chiefs throughout the 2025/26 season.
After what was a disappointing campaign last season, Chiefs have started with two wins, raising hopes of their fanbase.

Ahead of their next league match against Richards Bay FC on Tuesday (19:30) at FNB Stadium, Cele walked out from the dressing with a bounce in his step.
"It is collective because we are growing together as a team," says the man from KwaMashu.
"As you can see, it is a growing team within the club, and we are trying to get to the next level.
"Tactically, we are trying to keep the positive things from last season, that is what we are working on.
"And also implement the new things. Like I have always said, we want to control games, we want to dominate games so that games don’t become too difficult for us to avoid many transitions.
"Our problem has been conceding on transitions, so we are trying to be in control, especially in the opponents' half more so that we can create more opportunities and maintain control in the opponents’ half.
"Those are the things we are trying to improve on tactically.
"Playing for this club, the expectations will always be there, and we are here because we want to handle the expectations and feed people what they are expecting, which is good results.
"Obviously, not everything will be perfect and we are trying to improve in how we play and how we create opportunities and how we maintain not conceding after having not conceded in the two games.

"We are trying to minimise teams from creating opportunities against us and then us creating more.
"We just want to get together and move forward as a team and get good results," says Cele.
