Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi is banking on lessons from his previous meeting with Orlando Pirates as the two rivals from Soweto prepare to lock horns in Round 2 on Saturday.
Sitting in an uncomfortable position on the log, Chiefs need a win to secure a spot in the Top Eight and possibly also move up, with only two matches remaining for them aftr that.

The two titans will be meeting for the second time this season after Pirates walked away with a 1-0 win in their first Betway Premiership encounter in February.
Addressing the media in the pre-match press conference on Thursday, Nabi was adamant his side can collect all three points at the Calabash on Saturday.
"The first derby was a good, entertaining game. I believe it was a very tough game, which was decided on a small detail in the last minute (Patrick Maswanganyi's penalty)," said the Tunisian.
"But we believe that we deserved better from that game through our performance.
"So, I think that Saturday’s game will be just like any other derby. It’s going to be a very tough game. We are more aware than the first one of what we can do, but the possibilities will be open for both teams.
"Notwithstanding that result, we believe we will be ready for what we are facing on Saturday. Even though we are not in the position we want to be, we know what this fixture means and how important it is to win it.

"Great clubs may get ’ill’, but they never 'die', and we believe we are the biggest club in South Africa - probably at this time we might be a little bit ‘ill’ now, but we are still alive and we believe we can still do something," declares Nabi.
The match, although significant in its own right, will also serve as a dress rehearsal for the Nedbank Cup final that will see the two teams clash once more on May 10 at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
