The transfer decisions being made at Kaizer Chiefs during the January window will be a heated subject that the club's technical team will have an interest in.
Chiefs have brought in Tashreeq Morris from SuperSport United, with Congolese striker Christian Saile Basomboli set to move in the opposition direction.

Of interest is that Morris' numbers don't make for inspiring reading.
He scored twice for SuperSport United in 10 appearances since his arrival at the beginning of this campaign and was without a goal in eight games last season at Sekhukhune United.
The previous campaign, he scored twice in 16 matches, which is also what he managed at Cape Town City through 2021/22.
His best returns were in the 2020/21 season when he scored seven (plus four assists) in 26 games at City.
The transfer question was thrown to Chiefs' assistant Khalil Ben Youssef on Thursday.
"From the first day, we made our report about what we need in this team," says Ben Youssef.
"And every day, we meet and see the opportunity of the players that can be in.
"To bring players is dependent on a lot of things: money, the team, the player agreeing or not and the team agreeing to make the transfer or not.
"The budget informs whether we can do it or not.

"So, it is about whether we agree or not about the profile of the player, plus we have Tera (Thembela Maliwa, the head of scouting and recruitment) working with us in preparing different profiles.
"He knows our game model, so knows what we need and, like I said, it is also the decision of the board," says Ben Youssef.
