Kaizer Chiefs star Kgotso Moleko shows off his huge spinaches at Free State Stars

Kaizer Chiefs defender Kgotso Moleko has taken his farming to the next level after displaying his latest produce on social media.

The 31-year-old right-back has become somewhat synonymous on Instagram for his farming posts and interesting lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Far from the usual scenery of professional footballers in the modern era, Moleko, who appears to use his passion for an additional stream of income showed off his new spinach patch this week that's taken months of patience.

According to Cost Study Files, the process of growing and harvesting a spinach patch could go up to as high as R7000 while a recent study suggests the vegetable can be sold for up to R20 per kilogram.

Moleko has surely set himself up for a more than comfortable retirement plan once he hangs up his boots with more than fresh produce and cattle already flourishing on his land these days.
