Kaizer Chiefs defender Kgotso Moleko secures the bag after selling herd of sheep

Moleko, 31, has been a back-up option at right-back this season under manager Gavin Hunt and amid the struggles on the field, his side hustle beyond football is seemingly thriving.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic defender has garnered quite the following on social media since displaying his agricultural lifestyle away from the pitch and his latest sale was met with jubilation from his loyal supporters.

Varying on the age and size of the sheep, prices can vary between R600-R1200 based on the current market prices available.

Having shown off his cattle and fresh produce in months gone by, the latest sale showcases a real progression into the vision the Amakhosi defender has for himself when he eventually hangs up his boots.

The origin of Merino sheep is said to date back to the 12th century in Spain - which are descendants of Mouflon, wild sheep.

Do you think Moleko is creating a viable lifestyle for other footballers to follow?
