The semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup have been determined

With both both FUS Rabat and Etoile du Sahel having garnered semi-final berths already in Group B, a showdown between the two would determine who topped the group to avoid TP Mazembe in the knockout stage.

A 0-0 draw ensured that the status quo was maintained and Moroccan outfit Rabat topped the standings with 12 points to ensure they played Group A's runners-up.

Earlier in the day it was Mouloudia Olympique Bejaia who secured second place in Group A with a narrow 1-0 win over Medeama, who had occupied the position going into the encounter.

Meanwhile, Mazembe strode into the last four in style and despite having already guaranteed themselves top spot in Group A prior to this round of fixtures, they signed off on the group stages with a 3-1 win over Young Africans.

The Congolese side will meet Etoile du Sahel, who would have wanted to beat Rabat and avoid this particular match-up.
