Mnyamane, who has three goals this season, has been sidelined with a groin strain sustained in SuperSport's MTN8 final victory over Cape Town City on October 14.
However, the influential attacker could make his return in Atteridgeville alongside midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane, who was suspended for the 2-1 loss in the first leg of the CAF final in Lubumbashi this past Sunday.
"We are also hopeful that Mnyamane will also recover from his injury and return back for the game on Saturday," says Matsatsantsa spokesman David Skhosane.
The Tshwane giants are calling on the nation to get behind Eric Tinkler's charges on the weekend.
"We are urging all South Africans from all walks of life to come in big numbers on Saturday. We urge them to paint the stadium blue on Saturday," says Skhosane.
"We now need to score one goal and not concede. We have a great chance to finish the game at home. We are hopeful South Africans will come in big numbers to support the team on Saturday. This is no longer about SuperSport United but the country."
