The Tshwane side have welcomed the return of Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Ronwen Williams, while Thabo Mnyamane and Teboho Mokoena are set to watch on from the stands.
SuperSport will look to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg in Lubumbashi, when they take on TP Mazembe at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday evening, with kick-off set for 20h15.
Williams, who has been key to the club's journey to the final, through his 10 appearances in the continental campaign thus far, played with an ankle injury in the first leg and was a doubt ahead of this Saturday's encounter.
However, Eric Tinkler will welcome the return of his first-choice after scans revealed the damage was not too serious.
Meanwhile, Mnyamane and Mokoena, who have both made 10 starts in the campaign each, with the former having scored five goals and the latter one goal along the way, have not been able to recover from their respective injuries in time.
