SuperSport were denied continental honours by TP Mazembe on the weekend, going down 2-1 across two legs to the Congolese giants.
Matsatsantsa have had little time to their lick their wounds as they prepare to host Ajax at 19h30 at Mbombela Stadium.
“We've recovered because we know that this game is important and the weekend chapter we have closed it,” says Letsholonyane.
“We are looking forward to the new one which is competing in the league.”
With Ajax struggling this season, Letsholonyane has warned of taking Stanley Menzo's men for granted.
“They are definitely a threat because they have not been doing well and getting the results they want. But we know that on any given day they can upset any team, so we know that they are not a bad team. It is just they are not getting good results.
“We will be cautious and hope that we do well on the day to get maximum points at the end of the day.
“We take this game as another game that we play. It's not really about bouncing back or anything. It's about competing and winning the game.”
Eric Tinkler's side are nine points behind Premiership leaders Baroka but with seven matches in hand.
