Kaizer Chiefs CAF Champions League second leg fixture against PWD Bamenda at risk of postponement

Kaizer Chiefs have alerted that their upcoming CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg fixture against PWD Bamenda faces possible postponement.

Chiefs were scheduled to face Bamenda at FNB Stadium on Friday evening (18h00) following their 1-0 first leg victory in Limbe on Sunday.

However, the fixture is now at risk of being moved after the Cameroonian outfit wrote to the Confederation of African Football to have it rescheduled.

"Cameroonian side PWD Bamenda have requested through CAF a postponement of our CAF CL 2nd Leg Prelim match scheduled for tomorrow, Friday 4th December," read a statement from Amakhosi.

Whether the request has been acceded to is as yet unknown, with the club set to offer further information as it becomes available.
