Jordaan has dangled a R9.2 million carrot for the national team if they go all the way and win the AWCON tournament currently underway in Morocco.
Banyana who have already qualified for next year's FIFA World Cup will on Monday face Zambia in the semi-final of the women's AFCON which will be played in Casablanca.
"I wish them all the best, actually I wish them to win this tournament," Motale tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"From day one you could tell they've prepared very well. In the second game I wasn't happy but at least they won.
"I thought they could win by more goals as they were a team that was at the bottom of the table.
"There's R9 million for them to share if they win this cup, but if I was the president I would give them R6 million now out of the R9 million just to keep them motivated and let them fight for the remaining R3 million.
"I think they deserve it.
"Winning this tournament will be a huge confidence booster for them going to the World Cup.
"You see when you do something out of love or dedication everything becomes easy, they are not even earning these girls."
The last time the two sides met was in February 2022 in an international friendly where the South Africans suffered a 3-0 defeat.
Two-goal hero Barbra Banda will miss tonight's semi-final.
