Sundowns are still licking their wounds after the 3-1 aggregate defeat to former coach Pitso Mosimane's side as they bowed out of Africa.
The Brazilians have already qualified for the continental tournament again next season but want to do it in style by defending their league championship before returning to play on the continent.
Bafana Ba Style co-coach Manqoba Mngqithi says his team is ready to bounce back to winning ways when hosting Matsatsantsa A Pitori at Loftus Stadium.
"You could even see at training, the session and intensity was good, everyone is looking forward to giving this match a fight," said Mngqithi ahead of the game.
"We know Sundowns doesn't want to not win two games in a row, so we have a responsibility to try to come back as quickly as possible."
The Brazilians need only three points to wrap up the league title and throw another party in Tshwane this evening.
"For us it's always important to focus on our process. This is the second match of the last cycle of five games and we have won the first one," he continued.
"All our attention is on trying to make sure we achieve our desired target in our last four games. It just happens that SuperSport United can decide the championship but the intention is to try to get the number of points we targeted.
"As it is now we are short of nine points in the cycle and it will be nice to get 12 points. So basically that's what we're looking at and we're not looking at putting pressure on our players in this game as a title decider.
"Because we still want them to give the same energy in the next three matches because for us it's important to win every game we play."
