On Tuesday, Southgate announced his final England squad for the upcoming Euro 2020 tournament, with seven players axed from the provisional 33-man squad which was announced late last month.
Chief among those players who have been excluded is Manchester United starlet Mason Greenwood who withdrew through injury, while there was also no place in the selection for Jesse Lingard, Aaron Ramsdale, Ben Godfrey, Ben White, James Ward-Prowse or Ollie Watkins.
