Portugal 2-2 France
Portugal and France both qualified for the knockout stages after playing to a 2-2 draw in Budapest on Wednesday evening with Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema each grabbing a brace.
Portugal took the lead through Ronaldo from the penalty spot after Hugo Lloris' attempted punch missed the ball and collided with the head of Danilo Pereira.
France levelled matters with a spot-kick of their own when Nelson Semedo was adjudged to have fouled Kylian Mbappe in the box with Benzema converting the penalty.
Les Bleus edged in front two minutes after the break when Benzema finished clinically after being released clear on goal by an excellent through-ball from Paul Pogba.
However, the Seleccao equalised with another Ronaldo penalty after his shot struck the arm of Kounde in the box. As a result, Portugal progress as one of the best third-placed teams, while the world champions top the group.
Germany 2-2 Hungary
Germany qualified for the knockout stages despite being held to a 2-2 draw by Hungary in Munich.
Hungary took a shock lead in the 11th minute through captain Adam Szalai, who dived to power the ball past Manuel Neuer from Roland Sallai's fantastic cross from the right.
Ten minutes later, Mats Hummels' header thundered against the corner of the post and bar from Joshua Kimmich's precise corner.
The Mannschaft equalised in the 66th minute. Kimmich delivered the free-kick from the right to the far post and Hummels headed the ball back across goal for Kai Havertz to head home from close-range.
Literally seconds after levelling matters, Hungary stunned the Germans once again. Szalai clipped the ball over the top for Andras Schafer to get there first ahead of Neuer and head the ball past the onrushing keeper and into the empty net.
But Low's side would score the all-important equaliser six minutes from time. Timo Werner hammered his shot against a defender in the box after receiving a pass from Leon Goretzka, who got to the rebound first before his effort deflected past Gulacsi.
Low's side progress by the skin of their teeth after finishing in second, while the valiant Hungarians end bottom.
Spain 5-0 Slovakia
Spain finished second in Group E to progress to the last 16 with a 5-0 hammering of Slovakia, who failed to qualify.
Spain won a penalty in the 11th minute when Jakub Hromada brought down Koke in the box. However, Alvaro Morata's penalty was saved by Newcastle United goalkeeper Martin Dubrvka diving to his right.
Enrique's side took the lead on the half-hour mark when Dubravka went from hero to villain, inexplicably punching the ball into his own net. Aymeric Laporte then grabbed his first goal for La Roja since switching allegiances from France after heading home from Gerard Moreno's cross.
Sarabia made it three when he clipped Jordi Alba's drilled cross into the bottom right corner. Ferran Torres got in on the act with his first touch after replacing the ineffective Morata and Juraj Kucka ended a night to forget for Slovakia when he put the ball into his own net.
Sweden 3-2 Poland
Sweden topped Group E with a last-gasp 3-2 victory over Poland, who finished bottom, despite Robert Lewandowski netting a marvellous brace.
Sweden made the ideal start, scoring in just the second minute when Emil Forsberg skipped past Kamil Glik before firing across goal and into the far bottom corner.
Sweden goalkeeper Robin Olsen pulled off a series of world-class saves before Forsberg doubled the lead on the hour mark when he curled one into the far corner after being assisted by Juventus star Dejan Kulusevski.
Poland hit back just a couple of minutes later through none other than their talisman Lewandowski, when he was picked out on the left before cutting inside and curling a sumptuous finish between the two centre-backs.
And the Bayern Munich star single-handedly got his side back on level terms, netting the equaliser in the 84th minute after slotting the ball calmly past Olsen, profiting from a brilliant cross from Przemyslaw Frankowski.
Polish hopes of what would have been a remarkable turnaround were dashed when Viktor Claesson coolly finished after being set up by the inspirational Kulusevski in stoppage time.
