Finland 0-2 Belgium
Belgium made it three straight wins in Group with a 2-0 victory over Finland on Monday evening.
An own goal from Lukas Hradecky put the Belgians ahead in the 74th minutes, before Romelu Lukaku bagged his third goal of the tournament on 81 minutes.
The win sees Roberto Martinez's side finish top while Finland will be hope to be one of the best third-place sides.
Russia 1-4 Denmark
Denmark booked a spot in the round of 16 after thrashing Russia 4-1 in their final Group B encounter.
Mikkel Damsgaard put the Danes ahead in spectacular fasion in the 38th minute after curling the ball into the top corner.
It got better just before the hour mark as Yussuf Poulsen latched onto Fedor Kudryashov's sloppy back pass before firing home in the box.
A comeback looked to be on the cards when Artem Dzyuba reduced the deficit for Russia on 70 minutes, but a thunderbolt strike from Andreas Christensen and another strike from Joakim Maehle sealed second spot for the Danes.
North Macedonia 0-3 Netherlands
The Netherlands finished as winners in Group C at EURO 2020 with a 3-0 victory over North Macedonia.
Memphis Depay got the scoring underway midway through the first half with a neat finish into the bottom corner after being teed up by Donyell Malen from the right.
Georginio Wijnaldum got the second goal in the 51st minute after being set up by Memphis, but the Paris Saint-Germain signing was not done there as he added his second and the Dutch's third on 58 minutes.
Ukraine 0-1 Austria
Austria will join the Netherlands in knockout stage after claiming a 1-0 win over Ukraine on Monday evening.
The Austrians got the only goal in the 21st minute as David Alaba's cross was turned home Christoph Baumgartner after Ukraine failed to clear their lines.
Ukraine, meanwhile, will be hoping to be one of the best third-place nations with three points to their name.
